BBL Medical Facilities develops freestanding and on-campus medical office buildings, ambulatory care centers, and specialty building programs for both the physician practice and acute care environments. BBL partners with these healthcare-providers as either a Design/Builder or Owner to develop their projects.

Design/Builder
BBL is the plan/design/builder of the medical facility. BBL could also be the provider’s Developer-Agent that assists in securing tenants and leasing office suites to the marketplace. The provider owns the facility and is responsible for the building’s property management services.

Owner
BBL is the plan/design/builder and developer of the medical facility. BBL plans, designs, builds and owns the building. We lease the facility back to the provider and are responsible for the building’s property management services.
